In response to the complex and ever-changing corporate environment, the challenges of the new economic era, and the social trend of lifelong learning, the School of Management of National Jinan International University merged the Department of International Business, the Department of Economics, the Department of Information Management, and the Department of Information Management in 1996. The Department of Finance and the Department of Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Management established the "Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)".

In view of the fact that the Greater Taichung area has become the center of economic, trade and business gathering in central Taiwan, the EMBA program of our school is specially designed to improve the quality of human resources in middle and high-level management. At present, the school has established an entrepreneurial incubation center in Taichung Zhongke Park, actively seeking opportunities for industry-university cooperation, and implementing the goal of industry-government-university-research cooperation, which will help strengthen the integration of learning and application and maximize the benefits of learning.
